Commission a Painting
There’s something deeply meaningful about turning a vision into something you can hold, see, and live with every day. I love working one-on-one with clients to create pieces that capture their stories, memories, and the spirit of what they love most — whether that’s a beloved horse, a loyal companion, or a place that feels like home.
Every commission is a collaboration. My goal is to create a painting that feels personal and alive — something that reflects both my artistic voice and your connection to the subject.

1. Consultation
We’ll begin with a free consultation to discuss your ideas — what you’d like created, your preferred size, colors, timeline, and budget. This is our time to dream, refine, and plan together.2. Gathering Reference
If the painting is of your horse or pet, I love to meet and photograph them in person whenever possible. Getting to know their personality helps me paint their spirit, not just their likeness. If meeting isn’t possible, we’ll talk about their quirks and traits, and you can send photos that show their essence.3. Sketch Approval & Deposit
Once we finalize the concept, I’ll provide a preliminary sketch for your approval. A 50% deposit confirms your commission and allows me to begin painting.4. The Painting
I’ll bring your piece to life with care, attention, and intention. Every layer, every brushstroke is part of your story.5. Delivery
When your painting is complete, I’ll contact you for delivery or shipping arrangements. The final 50% is due at this time.
